The role relies on nuance, presence, and inner life rather than big speeches — someone capable of communicating deep love, fear, and moral conflict through stillness and small moments. Theatre background a plus. The character is in a wheelchair. Need to be comfortable performing seated for extended scenes and embodying limited mobility with realism and nuance. Physical vulnerability is important, though strength and stamina for a 3 day contained shoot are required.
